About Me

Lisa Ellis brings value to clients by providing individualized service and seventeen years of experience to help clients achieve their immigration goals. Her firm assists businesses, families and individuals with employment-based, family-based, naturalization and global migration matters. Lisa speaks regularly on immigration topics nationally and regionally. Lisa is the author of the book "Visa Solutions for International Students, Scholars, and Sponsors: What You Need to Know" ​published by Thomson Reuters/ Aspatore. She is the current Chair of the AILA Board of Publications Committee. After graduating from the University of Oregon School of Law, Lisa was an Attorney Advisor at the Executive Office for Immigration Review, a position she entered through the U.S. Attorney General's Honors Program. Prior to entering private practice, she also was a law clerk for the Honorable Robert H. Whaley at the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Washington and Idaho.
