About Me

Victoria is an experienced public finance and tax attorney. Ms. Byerly is a 103 lawyer. She represents state and local governments as well as public authorities with structuring transactions, post issuance tax compliance issues, arbitrage, private use, reissuance, audit defense, affordable housing finance and new market tax credits. She is also an Adjunct Professor of Law at Seattle University School of Law where she teaches accounting and finance. She is also experienced in representing businesses as general business and tax counsel. Victoria’s extensive transactional experience includes working as co-counsel for the City of Seattle Solid Waste and Revenue Refunding Bonds and City of Seattle Drainage and Wastewater Improvement Refunding and Revenue Bonds.
